Pet clothing, carriers, beds, toys, etc., can transmit fleas, mange and other diseases from pet to pet; therefore, we are unable to exchange or accept returns of these items.  We will, however, work with you to be sure you are purchasing the right size for your pet prior to your placing your order.  Special exceptions are made for products that have a defect in workmanship.
